Stereo wiring question for a 2002 taco.

I bought a Pioneer DEH-2200UB for the Taco and am in the process of wiring up the Scosche connector but I haveone question. On the pioneer I have a blue/white wire that says 'system remore control' on it. I do not have a blue/white wire on the connector but I do have a blue wire. According to the sheet, the blue wire is for the power attenna. The Pioneer manual says to connect the blue/white wire to the system control terminal of the power amp, which i do not have, or the auto-antenna relay control terminal. Is the auto-antenna relay control the same as the power antenna? thanks for the help.

pioneer switched over to one "turn on wire" a few years ago, not sure why. they used to have a blue and white, and a solid blue. blue for power antenna, and blue and white for turning on aftermarket or factory amplifiers. if you dont have an amplified system ( JBL ) or a power antenna, you dont need to hook up the blue wires, but it wont hurt to do so either way. if you do have a power antenna just connect the blue wires.

blue wire turns on a amp or controls a power antenna but with pioneers it makes it go up and down with the radio and cd function
