Single twelve volt line

So I decided to rip out my amp in my 94 4runner and just use the normal wiress for my stereo . However, now I have another problem. I'm only showing one line with twelve volts. I hooked my multimeter to check the voltage on my lines and I only have the one 12 v line.

It seems to be the accessory line but I cant find the constant 12v line. Any ideas?

here are your wire colors. you should have one wire that is 12 volts all the time ( blue/yellow, or blue/black ) and one that shows 12 volts with the ignition on (gray). if not, you most likely have a blown fuse somewhere.
