QUOTING:
In the front, I use MB Quart QSD components for my front stage. Image beautifully! I am real impressed with them. There is a 5.25" QSD set in the front kick panels and Dual QSD 6.5" Mid-Bass Drivers that are in the front doors in custom fab'd panels. Very Nice! The 5.25 and Tweet are run off a Rockford Fosgate Type RF X3 amp. The two 6.5 Mid-Bass's are also ran off there own Rockford Type RF X3 amp (@ 2 Ohms). In the back I have a MB Quart 4" component set that is run off a Rockford Type RF X2 amplifier

Are you talking about those 6.5" component speakers mounted in the kick panel?
If so those are what I have just ordered, they are made by Q-Logic and they are from their Q-Forms line. I just ordered a pair for myself, I never knew about them until the roadshop manager at Circuit City (where I work) told me about them and said that I could much better sound if I added those. So I went ahead and ordered those and some 6.5" Infinity Kappa Perfect speakers.
I believe they have the custom made kick panel enclosures online but I'm not sure.

Crutchfield has the Q-logic kick panels available. 149$
Vehicle Compatibility: This item is made specifically for the following vehicles
Toyota 4Runner, 1996-2002
Toyota Tacoma, 1995-2003
Features
Features:
Color matched to interior of your car
Molded in one piece for factory appearance
Speakers positioned and angled for optimum stereo staging and imaging
Equalized path lengths reduce right/left volume bias
Original kick panel can be replaced if desired
Speaker Compatibility: Giving exact mounting depths is not possible since it will depend to some extent on the space available behind the factory kick panel, which can vary; however, the available minimum flush mount depth is 0 .75" for the tweeter and 2.5" for the woofer/mid bass component. You can mount a tweeter with a maximum diameter of 2-1/2" and a midrange/midbass with a diameter size ranging from 3 1/2" to 5 1/4". The maximum frame width/diameter allowable for the midrange/bass driver is 5.9", so a few 6-1/2" units may fit. Our database contains information relating to cutout requirements, frame width, and mounting depth for all of our speakers, so please check with a Crutchfield Product Advisor before ordering these kick panels.
Installation
Installation tools required: awl, hole saw (can also use air saw or keyhole saw), screwdriver
Estimated Installation time: 1.5 hours (per manufacturer)
Cutting Required: Mounting speakers requires cutting out mounting holes in the designated areas of the plastic Q-form. The tweeter can be flush or surface mounted, but if surface mounted make sure to allow for clearance from obstructions such as the parking brake.

First thing I saw that too , If you look close, it appears that the sub box is covered in the same color as the SEATS, rather than the plastic interior body panels.
They should have bought 3 extra yards and recovered the interior panels too.
