i need some serious help on removing the stock head unit

Exclamation i need some serious help on removing the stock head unit

i got a 97 4runner limited and i dont know how to take off the head unit Does anyone know how or what to do take out the stock head unit and replace it with another headunit i tried unbolting a couple of screws and then pulling off part of the dash but i didnt want to break anything if anyone gots any tips then i would be happy as hell

i had the same problem with my second gen. we unbolded all of the visable bolts but it was still on pretty tight. so i pulled on one of the corners fairly hard but nut violently. i would take the bolts out and give the corner a yank start easy and work up to pulling harder. if it gets too hard and you think that the next pull will break it then stop and find someone with experience with the 3rd gens
