sorry guys... i know for a fact that this amp will not push 2000w all the time.. it will maybe push 2000w for a second.. its a dual voice coil and its a 4ohm, i wired it in parallel.. my amp model is zx-8400

So if the dual voice coil is wired in parallel, you're looking at a 2 ohm load for the amplifier. Just couple the left channel from the amp to one vc and the right to the other and see how that works.

i finally got my amp to work right.. it wasnt getting a very good connection inside the box... thanks for all the help.. and im sorry for not talking for a little bit..
