Unhappy Error 3 On Factory CD palyer

I am receving this message (error 3) on my OEM radio/CD player. It will receive the disk but won't play. You can here it try to start for 3 trys then the error message. Anyone had this before or know what it means? Thanks

On my clarion, Error 3 apperently means they disk is to scratched to play. It shows up every once and a while. I dont know if its the same with toyota, but I hate it when your trying to listen to a cd and the deck just says error 3.

when we get one of these at the dealer & its still under warr we put in an exchange unit,dont no what caused it we just rplc it
