My friend is selling his truck, and wants to let me buy all this for 300$. I love loud music, but never really justified the money that it costs.

1: 350 watt infinity amp
2: Box with 2 12" infinity kappa speakers

What do you guys think? will it sound good with rock music? or is this stuff all for rappers? Is it worth 300?

 

just how used is everything, if its 5 years old then i would say no, if it was like 1 or 2 years old, then i would offer him 250...its used, to me that means dont expect to get much..

 

the deck is the oldest, maybe 3 years. Speakers and amp are 2 years max.

 

Plus I just bought a sony deck about a week ago, I think I can still take it back and get my $120 back.

 

infinity kappas are nice, but a 350 watt amp runnin to 2 12 inches... could end up a little underpowered. how did it sound in his truck? and truthfully, ive got a 10in p2 in my truck and it makes everything sound great, not just rap. u would be amazed at what sounds most songs actually contain. lol
