costco eclipse subwoofer package- thoughts?

costco eclipse subwoofer package- thoughts?
there is an eclipse subwoofer package at costco now, I'd like some opinions on this if posssible.

the price is $329 includes shipping and installation through their 'installcard' network. (has anyone used this?)
the package includes an eclipse EA2000 sub amp and a SW6000 woofer installed in a box.
the return policy is lifetime, unlimited (as everything at costco except computers/TVs).
is this worth it, I am comparing this with those alpine LAT systems, this is for the back of a 2nd gen.
