You do have the 30 second rewind option and there is a way to make the Comcast supplied remote FF 30 seconds also but there is a button that will jump it forward 5 minutes but that's longer than most commercial breaks.

Tomorrow Never Dies 1997 is playing on the Sci-Fi HD channel.
Suppose to be some other show according to the guide, but it is on.

I have seen every single Bond movie many times over, most of the time on the Spike channel and in theaters.

My sound system will upmix a regular broadcast, but this flick on right now is already in HD and broadcast on an HD channel.
I am hearing sounds I have never heard before on this movie, and extra bass lines too and special effects with bass.

I was not planning on watching the flick so soon again, as I just caught it about a month or so back.

I like how the set top box gives you a lot of HD channels, they simply sound and look better than regular broadcast.
