calling all mobile audio / electronics experts - what is this and is it important?

oh yeah I'm sorry, there's two 3.5mm jacks on the back of the unit, and one is definitely for stereo sound input (Aux1), and I guess the other is for a wired remote. but there's also what Pioneer is calling an IP Buss on the back that can have a dongle plugged into it with a left and right RCA end on them that can be used as an input, and it's calling that Aux2
and that being the case, I don't have the little RCA dongle, so I'll just run the one Aux1 input to the glove box (or center consol... undecided) and call it a day

nah that's okay, the one will be fine, but thanks! it's actually not something I use that often, but I would be cool to have an aux input on about a 4 ft wire in the glove box so I could have enough wire on it to pull it out and plug it into a laptop for some good sound for HD video playback on it maybe
I have the cables to connect the iPod controller box (which is actually pointless for me, since plugging an iPod USB cable into the USB input would let me control an iPod as well) and the Sirius box, but I didn't hook the Sirius up because 1) I need to get a power cord and antenna for it, and 2) I don't have a Sirius subscription, and don't really plan on getting one right now

OK, THAT DOES IT, .... I'm biting the bullet, time for a DECK! hahaha. So tired of using my Transmitter! DON'T LAUGH! lol. Actually, had to put one thing after another into mine, so it's understandable that I'd wait, lol. After my trans is rebuilt, I'm doing a deck, thanks for the push with your beautiful piece of artwork dash! ALL YOUR FAULT! hahah
PS> is there a thread of this truck you speak of? Can't seem to find it. I can tell it's silver, right? lol.

now I have two cables bundled up in the glove box
the USB cable (which will pretty much always have the USB disc drive plugged in, unless I've got it out changing the songs on it), and I got in my aux cables today and plugged one in (I ordered 3 off eBay for a hole $5 after seeing that some people will apparently pay $10 for just one of them in WalMart...)

I tested it out after installing it but jamming to some Pandora
sounds fantastic! although a little cumbersome having a charger wire and aux plug in the phone... at least I have it mounted in a clip on the dash, so that helps a little
