Arrow Any Advice on Stereo Setup?

I have a 94 Xtracab Pickup. I currently have a Pioneer Deck, Infinity 4" and 6.5" speakers. I will be adding 1 6"x9" speaker in the back (it will function sort of a a sub).
I am just looking for advice on how to set it up (on a budget (and aren't we all)). Should I get a 2-channel amp and run the 6.5" of of it, leaving the 4" and 6x9 to run off of the deck, or would this not provide enough power. (I was wondering, since I will only be using one 6x9, if I could hook up both rear speaker channels to it the one 6x9). Should I leave it as is but get a mono amp for the 6x9"? Or should I get a 4 channel amp and run both the 6.5's and the 6x9 off of it?
I know the last option would sound best, but I am wondering how much difference it would make and if it's worth the extra cash. Thanks for any input!

You aren't going to get much help from that one 6x9. In all honesty you'd be best to leave the 4" and other 2 6.5" speakers running off the deck, and save up for a dedicated subwoofer (8" or larger) and a nice amp (mono or 2-channel) to run the sub. Since you've got an extra cab, you'll have room to put a nice box back there. If in your shoes, I'd use a 10" sub.... seems to be small enough for a truck with enough output to make some bump! As far as the 6x9 idea you have, I don't think it will do much of anything for you. Save your cash for now.

Get a 10

You can get great sound out of 4" and 6" speakers with a good deck without an amp. I would save up for a 10" sub and amp (cheap off of ebay). You dont have to buy expensive stuff if you just want moderate bass.
