Do you mean the Diversity Antenna cables?

Or the dual power and speaker plugs?

I believe that is the secondary antenna AKA Diversity/Secondary antenna. You can ignore that when installing a new radio.

I have two questions regarding this matter...
first off I have a 1997 SR5 w/6 speaker deal

I also have the two things and the deck I bought (pioneer deh-80mp) actually has fittings for both of these plugs. I assume to use them but I had no idea there were two seperate wires for the antenna (kinda weird).

Secondly I went to install my speakers in teh front door today and I am a little puzzled as to which wres to tap into. One harness looks to come from the front of the car and be the main, the other one goes towards the door handle.
My assumption is that they run both the factory tweet and and the woofer from the same signal and that one of them is the one running to the factory tweet.

So heres my question... I know I can easily look and see which goes to the tweet and ignore it. However I am installing some 2-ways up front and was wondering if I should wire the factory tweet into the new 6.5" kappa's I will have up front and run it like factory. Or if I should just leave it alone as the Kappa's will sound way better anyway, expecially since they are 2 ways and have a tweet already.

TIA,

austin

Leave the factory tweet alone. Wiring it up series or parallel to the infinity tweet on the crossover will radically change the crossover points....(very bad)

This install is very easy actually - just make sure that the 6" mid is playing full range, if so just tap into the 2 wires feeding it for the signal for your infinity components.
