3rd Gen 4Runner Amp mounting location options

Regarding 3rd gens, I'm trying to mount a new amp in my rig, and the problem is the size, it doesn't seem to fit anywhere? I'd like to see some pics of where people mounted their amps? I've heard a couple mention behind the left rear panel. If anyone has some pics of this, I'd like to see what you did. Do you just glue a mounting board inside and bolt the amp to it? I definitely need some options here folks, help me out if you can! Thanks

sorry, no pics but i mounted a rather large 5 channel in the wifes 97 runner behind the panel on the passenger side in the cargo area. I just cut some 3/4" mdf into sections that i could secure to the inside of the metal that the plastic panel mounts to. i hope that makes sense, basically cut two boards that fit from top to bottom and then screwed the amp to them.
