2nd gen 4Runner Radio help

I bought a 1995 V6 4Runner and decided to replace the radio with something else. When i took everything apart i found that the wiring harness had been cut. I found this link that explains it well but the colors are wrong. My 4runner has the factory amp built in. Here is the link to the site http://www.installdr.com/installdocs...PDF/869017.pdf
Any help would be much appreciated.
