hey ya'll.. newbie here... i have done a few searches but no luck.

i just picked up a 2007 Tacoma Crew Cab and the stock- Non JBL- stereo is crap and the speakers are in need of an upgrade.

Searching for a bluetooth/pandora/navigation touch screen that doesnt have a cd drive. Maybe a 6-7" 4 din with a Metra trim...
I see Pioneer upgraded its NEX units in 2016. I was thinking of the Etune route as well, but 2012 units on ebay aren't cheap.

any suggestions? links to threads or reviews?..
