i love my 3.0L check out my pics and pm me for questions man, i just bought a 2012 taco getting in supercharged saturday, trd, 6psi, and a lift kit when i get back to maryland, id love to run around with anyone whose near ft sam houston, in san antonio tx, my weekends are pretty open other then that im in corpsman school monday-friday, but i wanna go offroad here, idk how it is here, but back in maryland there are some decent mudholes lol

1991 Yota 4runner 3.4 swap,r150, OME Coils , 4.30 e locked camping rig.

Lucked out so far, Bought salvage 1991 toyota 4runner in san antonio for $450 with (they thought) non running 3.0 with 5 speed trans. Got it home and figured out it was an aftermarket immobilizer. 30 mins it was running. Bought 3.4 motor for 300 complete. Elocker i just tripped over at the LKQ in austin. Pulled it out of the housing and grabbed wires they were nice enough to charge me $80!

Broke college kid slowly building a rig. Hopefully this year i will add in more goodies like supercharger,Cheap(haha) long travel, and small addons for camping.

Plenty of spare parts and room mate does the same with zuk/toyotas so if anyone wants to get a trip or do some trading/tire kickin/ drinkin beer and wrenching let me know.

Thanks man. Yeah, I had an 05 Frontier but honestly it was getting a bit small for my family/dog/bikes when the transmission died...replaced it with a 2010 4R TE, which I loved, but needed a truck...found this one with 38k on the odo a year ago - I hit 50k on it last week.
Kings/bilsteins/deavers on the way.
