If you look at the Groups section, you'll see that some of us are setting up that feature to work similar to your idea.

A tow vehicle/trailer section would be nice. We could talk about off road trailers and such.

Camping section, maybe, you know like mods for camping and such

I'd like to see regional forums. I want to get into off-roading, but I'd like to meet up with other people in my area to learn more about it.

not to offend mods.... but TTORA is great for that... they have chapters in most states...
but the closest thing to that on here is 4ROC and thats pretty dead.... but i see your point.. some sort of regional thing would be nice

The 4ROC concept was born here long ago, and some have even started up sites with the domain name 4ROC and their state in the URL.

But the sections here on the forum do not really see all that much traffic.
For the most part those wanting to organize runs and posts pics use these two sections.

if they were moved to a category called "regional forum" that was on the main page, (instead of jumping thru the sub categories) it think they would get more lovin..

Or just an extra field in the "advanced search" form for searching by location!

Sorry for sending that PM straight to you Corey; I should have discovered this thread first I apologize, if you've even read it yet, lol

I'm a member on a computer forum; have been for about 5 years or so now, called Dev Hardware. Found the site years ago when I got into my other hobby (computers) before my Toyota

But anywho, I stumbled across something a little bit ago that the forum has been doing for some time now, and thought that it might be cool if there were a way to set this up on YotaTech!

It's basically a "rewards system" if you will, that honors members that reach certain acheivements each month, like top 5 posters, top 5 spam busters, most threads created, etc, and diplays a little icon next to the user's avatar.

But I thought it was pretty neat. Here's a link to the thread on the forums that actually explains more about the system; not in depth of how exactly it works, but what the system does basically.

http://www.devhardware.com/forums/fo...ums-74549.html

I'm not sure if it's possible, because I think the forums are set up on different systems, but I thought I'd throw it out there!

Very busy day at work today.
Heck every day is busy as of late

This is something we will have to read up on.

Would it be possible to list where a forum has been moved to ? I have lost track of a couple that i had responded to. I did look under search ,but I am still not sure where they are located. Keep up the good work.
