Is there a way to view all new (unread) posts within the entire forum?

I can figure it out for single sections, but am I overlooking the ability to do this to the entire site? Too much information passes through here for me to digest it on a daily basis.

 

Do you see the blue bar running across your screen under the banner?
Right smack in the middle (when you're logged in) should be the "NEW POSTS" link.
