Converts a raw imagine file into one that is compatible with their printing machines I am assuming.

Yes we offer those services for clients that have terms setup for the online accounts. We can do something as simple as a yahoocart for this site depending on how many items you want to offer and they are very affordable and can be branded and setup quickly. If you wanted to do something even simpler through the forum you could avoid the monthly charges of the cc processor/merchant account/ssl certificate etc and just use paypal/email.

Digitizing is converting an art file to a stitch file that tells the embroidery machine where to stitch and how. It contains underlays and stitch patterns that normal print art doesn't have.
Looks something like this:

I think poynters is awesome! Im so glad I dont have to be in his field of work! I like the same 2 as everyone else! I think the one with the tire track behind it should be the official logo for merchandise and the other should be on sale as decals or somethin?!? That'd be awesome I would def. buy a hoody with that logo on it!

Are you guys able to create die cut decals as well? I don't like the ones with a solid color background, I think either of those logo die cut would look awesome on a tinted window.

I like those designs, but maybe a simpler one so it can be made into window graphics. I just got a new(ish) back window, so I've got an empty canvas. Keep it under $20 and I might buy 2.

Do you think even one of the smaller ones on the bottom left are too big?
I don't think those would be too bad for a decal or two.

We don't make stickers but we can order them. Die cuts that are custom are pretty expensive and you have to order a lot at once. They have a pretty good selection of dies that you can use or you could just do it as a 1 or 2 color vinyl that would have empty space in it. I have a friend that owns a sign shop as well so I could get a good deal on an order of window banners or smaller stickers. ( I like the smaller stickers)

Oh yeah for window stickers you can order clear vinyl stickers in say an oval shape and have those printed with a couple colors that way there is nothing in the negative space.

I'd be willing to pitch in to help with the digitizing fee. And I really like the idea of offering stickers as well. Should we set a time limit for how much longer we'll accept design ideas? I wanna get my shirts/hoodies/hats asap

I like this as a sticker. I'd buy one

However I like the shirt on the far right shown above.

If we could get a decent sized embroidery order together I could get the digitizing for free.

If Poynter's suggestions don't work out, I know dopediecuts . com does a ton of die cut vinyl sticker business for another forum that I frequent. I know that forum is run by two guys on a shoestring budget, so the prices must be fair.

I can vouch for the quality; I'm not going to whore the site name, but here's their logo vinyl on my truck.

Just another option on the table

We also have member James Dean here who has done YotaTech stickers for us.
Not sure if he does diecut or not, but you might ask him.

Look in the sticker section (yes, we have one) and you can see his work.
