Can you make this notice only viewable to non registered members? It was annoying before, and with the size increase even more so. I know Vbullitin has the option to show notices to certain user groups.

Or at least give us the option to close the notice.

Yes, it goes bye bye after your first refresh.
As seen in the other two threads, I may make it so unregged users only see it, but the problem is...
Even users who are regged up but sign up again to try and change their name (they do not think they need to read the rules here) will make a new account, but it gets locked down automatically, then staff needs to deal with the emails, PMs, ect on fixing their account(s).

It is happening more and more, but it would happen less if the rules were read, or they simply contacted us as stated in the yellow text.
