This response was to incite the person to really look at his design, and consider the safety of himself, as well as other people on the road. He did respond to my pictures, even after the above quoted statement.

I hope he can post up what progress he has made or changes, if any, to his bumper. I commend him for making his own bumper, that is no easy feat, and he certainly came to the correct board for advice. Had he been on pirate, they would have doused him in gas, then taken the flame thrower to him. They are a pretty ruthless bunch. Here on Yotatech, I think the poeple are a bit kinder and more civil to each other.
