Rear 3rd Gen Bumper Pics

This weekend I decided to make a rear bumper. The sides are not completed and the new cross member is not welded on. It only took about 10 hours and is real beefy

Here is the good old rattle can job. Notice the 2"x2" supports I added between the main bars and the new cross member

I want to reuse the factor rear bumper plastic. I guess I will fabricate a tire carrier some day but for now I will work on the sides..........

need a tube bender, but I'm going to Amsterdam in a week so the sides and the hingemight not be completly finished till I get back...
I think I'm gonna get a removable tirecarrier using one of 4x4Labs removeable spindles

I wish I was going to Amsterdam!!!!!!!!! When you get back you might be shopping for a new brain as well as the tube bender. I'm just kidding and jealous as hell. Have a good trip! Nice Bumper!!
