i would run stainless or copper. Exhaust tubing will rust IMO. Hope the Stock H20 pump is up to pushing it that far....

I don`t know about the water pump.

I was wondering what sort of electric fan or fans you will be using??

i don`t know why exhaust pipe wouldn`t work as long as you paint it the antifreeze will protect the inside .

you can buy electric pumps at summit, jegs, or probably any local stock car parts supply place. However, the stock pump may work, i know the MR2's never used any special water pump to plumb the radiator to the front of the car. That's roughly a 3 gallon coolant system w/ the pipe capacity, plus the radiator and engine.

I would be more worried about the fans, shroud and having enough alternator to keep the fans going all the time.
