painting fender flares black..
This is a question for a friend. He has fener flares that have dulled to grey. What steps should he take in spray painting them? And what spraypaint shoudl he use? Thanks guys

Will it work on plastic though?
I thought the best way to go was to use some 3M product or something similar to forever black or something.

Aww come on! I just used elbow grease and armour all and the black just came right on back on your fender flares. For my grill I just bought some satin black paint from Wal-Mart and took off the Toyota emblem then took off the grill from the vehicle then painted it. It looks great now.

I think Armor all will increase how quickly the cladding will fade...
My cladding is gray - no trace of black anymore. The black plastic on my bumper is still black.
