Need advice ! Broken upper control mount !

So I was coming home from work today , and hit a dip that I love to hit hard everyday but today something went wrong and I could feel it the moment after hitting that dip, so I get home and notice the shock is blown out cause there's fluid coming from under the boot so I thought great time to upgrade shocks but upon closer inspection I noticed the right front upper control arm cross shaft mounting bolts tore out from the bracket that is welded to the frame rail from the factory. Damaging this "bracket" badly.... By the way my truck is a 1989 4runner v6 ifs with a 4inch pro comp lift.
Any advice on how I should handle this would be awesome , I know it's not gonna be cheap to fix might even consider going to straight axle if it's gonna cost the same. ? I just tried to upload a picture but it said I m exceeding my quota .

Like hitting the bumps hard do you???

With a lift I would bet the vehicle was all over the road.

Did you not hear a loud bang when it broke or was the sound system so loud as to hear anything??

Simple matter to remove all the damaged parts and replace with new.

just how much labor would be involved would be hard to tell without seeing it.

Yes pictures would be great

If you are even thinking about doing a SAS instead of fixing this depending just what really happened now is the time to do it!!!

Looking at mine you have way more serious problems then just having the shock mount fail .

That was just part of the aftermath from what else broke or vibrated loose.

The upper shock mount is attached to the frame and other then being in the same area is not attached to the upper control arm mount.

Looking at the stock set up .

Then maybe your 4" lift kit moved things and the bolts broke or came loose.

Shock mount is fine still attached to frame , it's the mount that the cross bar bolt that holds the upper control arm that ripped out off the frame
