Modified Fuel Tank and Position

I have seen this badass Runner with a modified fuel tank and position. The owner has taken the spare and put it on the back, and then put a jeep style tank and skid plate in the old tire area. I was wondering if anyone knew of a kit or something that did that, or whether this was just some custom job. The new skidplate was sitting about 1/2 inch below the bumper (which was kaymar or some other offmarket brand, not stock). In my case the fuel tank is in the stock postion and not having much of a lift, it is a bit of a concern. Thanks

I'm planning to do this mod very soon, because I drag my stock tank all the time, not to mention also having the ability to change the frame locations for the lower links up higher for even more clearance.
