Awesome man... I would offer my help like Charles did... but I don't know how much time I'll have in future days... but if there's ever a moment where I'm free for a few days! I'll help! I'd love to see this thing come together in person!

How much did the engine and all cost? I've got a line on a 1UZ as well (looking at doing the swap) for 500 bucks... but i dont think it includes much of anything.

I got engine with all ACC's, tranny, MAF, igniter, ECU, Harness, etc etc... for $1000.

BUT, I found out after it got here that it has 160K on it (thanks carfax)... so I'm going to replace alot of the parts, which will add to the cost of the engine.

welp, we hit the first snag:

CYLINDER #1- 150 PSI
CYLINDER #3- 150 PSI
CYLINDER #5- 140 PSI
CYLINDER #7- 170 PSI
CYLINDER #2- 180 PSI
CYLINDER #4- 175 PSI
CYLINDER #6- 85 PSI
CYLINDER #8- 180 PSI

time to tear the block apart.

More pics.... needless to say, alot of cleaning needs to happen, but the rust was the source of the low compression... so at least that's figured out.

Do you have a website? OR a write-up of your swap? Any Pics?

Thanks
