i need help body work,

i need help body work,
i just bobbed a bed 14 inches and i got rid of the tail lights by mounting them in the tailgate, does anybody have any suggestions on frenching in the stock tail light locations?i have pretty much every tool but i hate body work considering i only do fab work.
