Hitch"VISE"mount

anybody know how to fab a heavy duty mount for a vise to go on my rear bumper hitch..got my power tanks and tool box for working out of the bed

i guess like that but with a round 1/2 steel plate with holes to universaly mount a good size vise on it...planning on installing gears and lockers on my truck for the first time..heres the bumper it s goin on

Since you don't have to worry about clearing a lowered tailgate use a pintle hitch attachment bracket for the receiver and bolt a large piece of L-girder to it then bolt the vise to the L-girder or you could weld some flat stock to the top of the bracket and support it with some gussets.
