help with making a winch bumper
im starting to fab up a tub winch bumper on my first gen 4runner. I havent got a winch yet so i am wndering what the standard mountign on the base of the winch is and what type of space i need?
Look @ the thread Robinhood did last month. There are some nice pictures and a good write up of what he did.

Check out the winch plates that www.budbuilt.com sells too. They take the guesswork out of mounting a winch and also make a nice platform for building off/around...
