My tacoma had ends on the frame that looked like that, but they were crush cans, not frame rail, did you make that rounded end or did you weld it to the crush cans?

 

it looks like its welded to those crush caps/end caps but those end caps also look welded and reinforced. if thats the case, then good, if not, then you need to do some strengthening of the frame ends, look at WATRD's endcap mod. i did it this weekend and its worth its weight in gold

 

The bar is welded to the front frame horns?

Is there any support immediately behind the stinger at the height of the lights?

 

Looks sweet, definetly a different look. I really think you should brace it like you show in POST 12. Better support and ties the look together.

I second leaving the front plate unpainted.

the crush caps were strengthened, also are welded completely to the frame rails etc etc etc
