Looks grt but...the dimple die holes in the support struts...rain will get in there and rust? At least water from the hose if you wash it. I know you live in SoCal so little rain but... speaking of heat though, the lights don't block air flow to the rad?

Good points. On the to-do list is to cut and weld tubing into the holes to enclose them. Surprised no one has pointed this out earlier. This will also add strength to the uprights.
Heat hasn't been an issues with the large Griffin aluminum radiator. Just the same, I have yet to make a summer day run to vegas. When that day comes the light bar will be removed and stored in the back for later evening use (if im going to a night race). I've also put some thought to making some tins to scoop or direct the airflow better.

I really do like the look of this bumper - but the rails/bars that go out to the fenders just seem mechanically weak to me. Their length provides quite a bit of leverage that need to be braced somehow - but I really like the uniqueness of the design.
