yes indeed... as theBandit mentioned, the front is getting a few additions. i wish i had it done already, but i had another problem with a trunion bearing going out on me so i need to get that all worked out first. i will defintiely post pictures once it's all done. clint, i'll call you this week once i get the front-end back together.

rear bumper hasn't seen any additions yet, but the bracketry definitely needs work. it's a little tweaked right now due thanks to Fordyce... i doubt it'll ever get a tire carrier. i think i'll end up throwing a rack up top instead.

Sorry to hear about the bearing. I am picking up my SA tonight; let me know if you need to bum any parts off it to get you by.

I am amazed to hear that you are finally going to do the swap Bandit. I think you are the only person who has somehow gotten accepted into Pirate stardom with IFS.

Accepted into Pirate stardom?

I got the axle in trade for some tube work, but it'll be a while before I have the cash to SAS.

Glad you got the parts you needed. Sorry I couldn't help sooner. Unfortunately, I wont be around this weekend. I'm heading south to visit my girlfriend. Sunday we are heading to Pomona for the Offroad Expo. Should be pretty cool. Maybe we can bend some tube next week? I dont have any good days (insane courseload, 22units), so just pick one after 6pm.

nice work! could you post some more pics of the front bumper? I'm making one next week.. is that an Airco welder? looks like 1/4" plate... do you think 1/4" is to heavy? would you do anything differently? thanx! Hiriden

i'll post more pics when the bumper is done. hopefully that'll be sometime this weekend... the main section is .125 box and the lower plate is .25... it is definitely a little heavy, but i'd rather it was too strong than not strong enough...

Bump for a sick 2nd gen.

You must be gettin' lots of womenz with that sweet front bumper.

slosurfer, I love the line under your name. You guys can't agree on crap lol. Only the locals will understand that one. Maybe I could help you with your welding.

Ha, ha, I was wondering if anybody was ever going to pick up on that. I stole it from a bumper sticker I saw. Mike, I've been keeping my eyes peeled for your runner whenever I've been in SLO.
