Sorry guys...we southern boys were taught that anything that came from Japan was a ricer. Both of the above fall in that catagory, which includes my wonderful Toyota truck that will go to the grave with me, if I have anything to say about it.

Just got done doing the bed liner, the stuff I used is awesome!! I want to spray everything in bed liner now.
I used U-POL Raptor Liner, I have seen a ton of good reviews on the stuff. It is easy to shoot, went on very even and has a great texture. I started looking around online and found that you can actually buy this same liner that mixes with 10% of any paint you want to die it that color.

does it have a rubbery texture to it?
i found that the cheapo walmart spray can bedliner works great for rocker panel/bumper protection...but sucks for keeping stuff in place in the bed

I used U-POL Raptor liner. You can buy the stuff in a kit with four cans and the gun included online, but I got a single can of the stuff and the gun at a local paint shop.
I believe it is a rubbery finish, i havnt touched it yet to find out, but it looks like it would keep stuff from moving around in a truck bed.

So I got the thing installed today, I am very happy with the outcome. Let me know what you guys think.
I didnt really want to put the license plate on there, but i didnt feel like getting pulled over just to have to put it on later.
After letting the stuff dry for a couple of days it doesnt feel like it would keep stuff in place in the back of a truck. This stuff feels very durable though, it is perfect for bumpers or any other type of protection. It is more of a plastic feel rather than rubber.
Now it is time to get the skid plate built and then I need to start looking for ideas for the back bumper. For the rear I want to build a swing out so it might wait until spring so i can get some dry days.
