So lets try this again
here is my design on the computer(its what will be telling the mill what to do)

Here is the code on the Haas mill

Oh ya and here is the mill itself this is just one off the internet cuz i never took one of the one ive been working with but it is identical

Lining it up with the vice to make sure it is perfect so it cuts in the right spot

Here it is getting milled, pocketing the yoter logo and 22re and engraving toyota

And here it is just out of the mill

i got the back cut out so it can be attacked to the insert tube deal

Threw some primer on her because normal paint wont stick to aluminum very well (I didnt take pics of the restof the painting because i got into it and spaced to so ya
)

But then i had to sand the paint off the top so its gets all shiny (this is a really bad pic its actuly the back side you see)

It looks kinda cool only sanded half way but I wanted it to look perfect

Fully sanded

So i needed the steel back peice to get machined so it would be a tiny tiny TINY bit smaller than the male end of the insert

The reason for the interfearence fit was so we could press it on so it doesnt go any where

And our sweet press doing what it does

And then it just needed a clear coat to shine it up a little bit and of course the name of the thread implies that i for got to take more pictures and etc etc but there you are
