I doubt having it greased is doing any harm.

Driveshaft arrived yesterday, just finished bolting it up. I need to trim a little off the front lip of my skidplate as it will hit it at ~6" of droop so I left it off for now. Almost ready to go wheeling!

Flexing up a bit on a boulder, got a little more travel than that in front but it rolled back when I got out. Rear is being limited by my old now-too-short shocks. Other than that, no rubbing or interference to speak of.

I've got a little vibration problem with the front driveshaft over 20mph, but that's my fault for thinking I could get away with not using a double-cardan on the transfercase end. The angles are just wrong for singles. It works fine otherwise, so I'll take my time on getting it changed out.

Optical illusion, the bumper wasn't that close to the rock. I did grind a little off my rear bumper trying to back up that rock tho'...
e-lockers front and rear but they're not wired up yet, so it's open in the rear and spooled in the front. That's the next project after I get the front springs swapped around to the proper sides, I'm getting tired of the lean.

Shane, if you wanna come down to my place in Milton, you can give it a ride up our 30 degree ramp and have a good look at how everything's working. I'll have the ramp at our obstacle course in June as well.

 

Thanks Gibby, I might take you up on that when I get to finishing up the rear shocks. Besides, it would be interesting to see how it does on a 30° ramp.

 

Just lemme know when. The ramp will be going out to my property in Bonney Lake by this weekend sometime. If we go out there to use it, prepare to do a little wheeling at the same time... And make sure that your winch is working!
