Yeah mine was getting pretty rickety too, not much room for storage either. Cool, look forward to seeing what you come up with!

Thanks for the info, I should be able to find the duplicolor bed liner then, its either an O'reileys or a Auto zone that we have, oh I forgot we have an Ace hardware and Big R too, lol.

Sorry guys, what started out as a quick little project to do because I was bored ended up taking me 8 mths to finish! I cheaped out, instead of using the spray on bed liner, I just used some materials I had laying around. I had some 3/8" thick foam from an old matress we through out, so I used it for the padding. I had an old leather coat that my father-in-law had given me that was 2 sizes too big, so I used it to cover the armrest. And I had some tan canvas duck fabric that looks like what they make Carrhart work pants out of, I am going to eventually use this fabric to recover my seats, but had enough to do the base of the console. The canvas was a lot easier to work with than the foam and leather. I had a hard time getting the wrinkles out of the armrest. I couldn't find any 3M spray on contact adhesive at the store, so I just used some contact cement. Hopefully it holds up, I'm pretty happy with the overall results.

Here's the pics of it finished:
