Are there any lockable valve stem cap?

Greetings:

I am wondering if there are any lockable valve stem cap in the market. If so, any input is greatly appreciately. Effectively, I am sicked and tired of being stealed. I don't understand what are so special about 04 4 Runner OEM valve stem that people keep stealing them.

I work 8H a day, go home and mind my own business. So, I don't think I have any ennemy in my appartment complex to mess with me.

The dealers sells chrome caps that have flat sides like a nut. They come with a key chain that has a slot in it you can use to tighten the caps onto the stem. They can still be stolen but not without a wrench if you keep them nice and tight. Otherwise just put crap plastic ones on there and no one will want to steal them in the first place.

Look for "spin caps" on ebay. They are aluminum valve caps that have a coller on the outside that turns so you can't take them off without the 2 pinned key chain key. The only other way to get them off would be to crush them with vice grips and twist them off that way. They were only about $15.
