3rd Gen bumper build....Again

Well I finally got all of my supplies in for my bumper and I started on it today. I am working on it after work and school so it will take a little while. Main bar is 4"x2"x3/16". I really liked the mounts that BruceTS came up with, so I decided to go with those. I cut them out of a sheet of 3/16" I had laying around the garage. Not quite sure what I am going to do with the side wings quite yet. Here is what I got done today.

I hope you're not going to mount it as low as you're showing in the pics. Otherwise it looks like a good start.

I have it mounted, all I have left to do is the side wings and tops. I will post some pics of the progress when I can get to a camera. It is not mounted a low as the pics show. I think I have it in the right spot, but I will see when I work on it tonight.
