I suppose there are no guarantees, but the thinking was I'd rather the "kickout" bars attempt to provide protection rather than just flat out risk rubbing into the side of the truck with a tree. If it was a high-speed impact (like a t-bone car accident), then of course they would give (but hopefully save the truck from being completely ruined); They seem pretty stout, and I think low-speed maneuvers won't bother it at all (crossing fingers)

And I guess I should have considered putting "pickup" in the title...but I dont think I can go back and change it. Oh well...sorry 4runner guys!! The front bumper will still fit yall's rigs no problemo!!

Thanks man, looks like you have a nice looking rig. It's hard to say how much the armor cost, I have a running tab with the shop. The best thing I can tell you is to give Sixditch a call or shoot them an email and talk to Kevin about it; Keep in mind that my set of armor has a lot extras that you won't see with the other online 'rockcrawler' store's armor; my front bumper has dimple die'd front corner plates and skid plate, extra reinforcement at the stinger and other places, heavy duty mount plates welded to the front cross member, two full tubes spanning the full width of the truck instead of just one...and this is just the front bumper. When I get protection for my truck, I pay for the best

Oh, and the lift is just beefed-up factory; cranked HD torsion bars up front, 2" blocks and add-a-leafs out back to level the lower rear wheel wells with the higher fronts. Fits 33x10.50's pretty nice

Really nice body armor. I like how you took the time to make the right measurements to get everything to fit just right. Like my friend would call it.......PRO TOUR.
