1st gen bumpers

All right guys. who want's to make me a front and rear bumper for my 88 runner? I live in upstate SC.

I can't seem to find a decent low profile rear bumper that would keep the truck from crumpling if rear ended. A simple low profile strong design is all I need. Nothing fancy.

I like the addicted front bumper design but not sure if it will save the engine if I hit a deer or worse.

BTW, If anyone wants Cad or microstation files of bumper builds, I can create 'em.

For mine I am planning on using 2x4 box and wrapping it around the side of the bed tapered in at the tire. Bracing somehow for the side bumper portions. Probably trim the lower half of the bed back there for better clearance angles also. But I have been planing it for a while but still just planning.

Take your prints in hand visit local fab shops.

I would be glad to make something but the shipping alone.

Would make having it done local much more affordable.
