Replacing the blown head gasket, which was blown upon purchase and I was aware of it.













Wonderfully stacked gaskets...













Got that done, then gave it a bath.







Then, took it for a spin in Manchester. I could only get this picture because my cameras batteries died and I checked them before I left - that's my luck.



Not too bad for $700.

Here we go again...



Nasty grooves....



Pain in the ass bolt won't bust loose... alas, torch.



New stuffs

..and the saga continues.



That's how it sits right now.. assembly to begin this week sometime.
