There she is! Love at first sight!

I haven't had her for for a long time, a little more then a week at the time of writing. It took quite a while for me to locate a truck that met the following conditons; low miles, above-average exterior condition (this is NYC, afterall...) and pre-1999.

Very happy right now but have an itch to modify and swap stuff in and out. So...

Much more to come! Photographs soon, too.

Put in some Hella Yellow Stars a couple of days ago...brighter then stock and do a good job with the rain. I imagine they'll compliment fog lights nicely, too.

Here is one from the same day as above...I take forever to do my photographs!

This is kind of a place holder...since these photographs I've done a whole load of stuff..or at least it seemed like a lot! Here's some of what I can remember...

Electrical:
  • Enersys (formerly Hawker) Odyssey PC1700T
  • NGK Dual Ground BKR5EKPB-11 Spark Plugs + NGK wires
  • Painless Performance 7 Circuit (Model 70207) Auxillary Fuse Block
  • Hella 550 Amber Fog Lights w/Hella H3 55W Yellow Stars

Exterior:
  • Bridgestone Dueler REVOs 265/70/16
  • WeatherTech Dark Smoke Weather Deflectors, Front + Rear
  • Westin Black Safari Bar w/ Roger Brown Block extensions
  • PIAA Super Silicone Wiper Blades

Performance:
  • Trueflow Air Intake System (new air elbow+filter)

Currently truck is in the shop, getting a professional undercoating job. Everything blasted, sanded, primed + sprayed with 3M Rubberized Undercoating.

I'd love to do all this on my own but don't have the resources, skill, or time.

While it's in there, a new timing belt and water pump are in order. All hoses and serpentine belts are being replaced. New oil filter (Wix?) + fuel filter. Switching to 5-30W Mobil Synthetic. Um. I think a new starter + upgraded alternator are possibilities, depending on the scale of the overdraft I'm getting this month.

Although it ran perfect from the dealer and needed nothing...somehow, I can't stop buying stuff! Forget the hole in the wallet, this thing is near burning off my pants! Well, just a little more I'll stop...
