My new 4 runner
Well I got this about 5 weeks ago and have not had a moment to think about mods on it. LOL I was unfortunate enough to have the clutch fan totally explode about 3 weeks into owning it. It put a hole in the battery, coolant overflow, air silencer, cut the upper radiator hose, power steering return line, plug next to power steering unit, and put a nice piece of character in the hood. I found a practically brand new pliable clutch fan at the local import junk yard and the other parts minus the hose and battery and got it going again. I am currently working my CEL due to a bad knock sensor issue then I will get my mileage back. I am getting 18.5mpg now average so I hope to hit 19.5-20.
Its a 3VZE 5 speed 4x4. I got a set of new Ujoints sitting in the truck and $120 worth of fluids in the back waiting for the auto hobby shop Wed night (mostly redline MT90).
Some real off road pics are to follow when I know its reliable and I am not up there alone to get stuck with no help.

Bummer the clutch fan went. Mine seized up on the trail but it didn't *blow up* (I did have to cut the alternator and power stearing belts and it was a PITA driving off the back side down a bunch of switch backs) You'll have to join us on some of our colorado runs!
