Well, I can't make Sycamore... but would be willing to act as guide for 404 as either a late afternoon or evening/ night run...

Just let me know. I am not looking to run it again by myself, so will only head out if there is some interest.

Due too heat, I'd vote for later the better.

Looks like it's still going. I think there are 4 or more planning on showing up.

I was planning on going, but something last minute came up, so I have to cancel.

It's a bust, maybe when it cools back down. I'll go play here in Maricopa...

You guys didn't miss anything. It wasn't all that great, not a big fan of sand and pin stripping. The video/picture I got was of a prerunner tacoma getting stuck.

You are correct. The guy that lead the three of us was a little crazy (red truck). I know I will get pinstripping but this guy lead us into places that me or the guy in the white tacoma didn't want to go. The red truck is all scratch up.
He also got stuck two other times in the same spot having to be pulled out again. I need to replace my shocks on my 4runner (I had a really bouncing ride).

Yeah, some of us AZ folk are missing a few lug nuts!!

Hopefully you'll be out again soon and we can arrange a different run - something a bit more technical and crawler style! There's so many backroads to consider it's just a matter of what your taste is for fun!

I've found I get a really bouncy ride on stock shocks and 40 psi. I typically air down to 20psi, lower if there's a LOT of sand and I'm alone.
