I used to go out behind the outlet malls but my little brother called me the other day and said that they had it closed off. (state road 60 and I95) I have not checked for myself but I will go by this weekend and look for you.....and by look I mean get a little mud on the tires.
You can see it pretty well on google maps satelite view. The place is HUGE! If you have found anything else let me know I try to check this site several times a week and only just found this section today after about a year on here.

Well I checked out the Vero spot behind the outlet malls and if you drive through the outlet malls AAAALLLLLLLLLLLLL the way to the back you will see the woods and you just pick a spot and go. There is alot of sugar sand but there is plenty of cool trails there too.
We usually take a bbq grill and the kids and cook out while the kids splash around the lake. I really enjoy it. The trails are narrow but I am painting my truck OD green anyway so little scratches don't matter to me. Also lots of guys will take their pistols out there and shoot. Rednecks
Also driving around there is a steak n shake and red lobster in Fort Pierce near the T-pike entrance if you drive back there behind the comerce park there is almost the same set up. Check it out you just drive untill you run out of road and keep going.
If any one is going to shoot out to either one of these spots or another local spot give me a shout. I hate going out by myself. It really sucks not having someone there to pull you out.

Also just an update, they have the outlet mall in Vero locked up tight. The whole shootin match with poles and those pesky no trespassing signs. No more wheeling back there I'm afraid.

daaaaamn. I'm gonna be in vero tomorrow by myself. I wanna get dirty but not get stuck. I know it's abt 2 years after the rest of the post but are there any new spots? I've never met a nice IRC sherrifs officer so I'd like to avoid them
