Low beam problem one side only.

Low beam problem one side only.
I own a 09 Tacoma , low beam out one side,,replaced both bulbs, worked for a bit then samelow beam out,,,checked for voltage on low beam NO voltage ,,but have 12.3 volts on high beam,, any ideas? please.
