Went exploring over the past couple days, just outside of Revelstoke. There's been some awsome days for exploring, but a little bit to much snow to really get anywhere exciting.

is that near galeena bay? im originaly from salmon arm and spent some time in revelstoke. are you stoked about the new ski hill?

 

Hah, my buddy was driving home through Revelstoke from Golden a few days ago... or rather tried to. Stupid avalanches... In all fairness I had to take the long way to Golden from Calgary because the road has a rockslide! Crazy weekend for the highways around there!

 

Ya, has been a crazy week of road closures. Yes, that is Galena Bay, ferry takes you to Shelter Bay to get to Nakusp.
As for the new ski hill, I am plenty stoked about it, especially after the snow we had here this year.

 

aaah...yes classic BC background. nice pics! gotta love the lakes & mountain scenery here hey? im usually blazing through revelstoke en route to calgary..but one day. i'll dedicate a trip through bc, and stop to smell all the greenery we have to offer. and no im not talking about the weed (much )
