New Mod :-D hitch flip

Did a mod I've been wanting to do for a while now. Got a hold of a saw-zaw and took it too the bumper so I could flip my (stupidly designed) 1998 trailer hitch. Dad had some old black bumper paint lay'n around so we repainted it too so it looks brand new I'll do a wiriteup but here is a teaser pic for now I have plans to also add some aux backup lights by cutting two flanges on the outer parts of the pumper and then bend them up into the bumper a bit to allow me to cut holes and mount the lights. I would have done it this time, but ran out of time.

Looks good!

A couple of folks on the forum have done that - it's a real nice mod that costs nothing but a bit of time.

When I did mine, it was clear that I'd been dragging the hitch on exits for awhile.

Meee too! I went ahead and got the grinder wire-brush out and then repainted it with some bumper paint stuff dad had laying around. Did you do a writeup on yours?? I couldn't remember who did it nor can I find it. I think it was you.

Not a write-up per se, but more of a picture-taking session:

The guy that I think is credited with the mod on YotaTech is Protech03. His original thread is here:
