So who's going to be up for the fall colors run??
Trying to get an idea of how many people are going to be up for the fall colors run that Corey is putting together for my arrival to WA?? I hate not having a definite date but it all depends on when my truck gets there. Right now it's either going to be Saturday the 13th or Saturday the 27th of September. It's going to be awesome to finally get to meet some of you guys after all the help and great comments from everyone!

Joey, it should probably be a week after you get back, perhaps before the 1st or 2nd weekend of November?
Here's a map Rob made of our last Fall Colors Run.
It shows the pit area on the map where all the craziness went on with the guy's jumping their rigs up the hills in that area.
Last year a few of the folk's were having trouble on the summit of FS road 72 in the snow sliding around.
My TXRs did not slide once, and I goosed it a few times also to force a slide and could not.
Darn good tires for the snow.
Not sure if we will have snow this time or not.
It's much safer doing the 72 to 70 pass run with no snow.
Man, you gotta head back this way again so we can show you more areas up there to explore.
There is so much on tap up at Greenwater, it's not funny.
There is even a road to go on up there that will take you over to Snoqualmie by the weather station up there.
I just had the name of the pass on the top of my tongue, but lost it.

I've gotta check with the wife, but I'd like to go. It's a bit of a drive, so I might head over the night before.
I've finally ironed out most of the problems I've had with my 4Runner. I'm dying to take a road trip and an off-road trip

Kevin it would be great to meet ya. I gotta check into my orderly room on Oct 14th then Ill be a member of the mighty Fairchild. Your new Wing King was just my OG commander over at Mildenhall. I know him very well and have deployed with him twice. Great guy. Anyways were coming right through Spokane on our way to Tacoma but I think were going on Thursday because I have to pick up my truck on Friday. Let me know if your going over on Friday and maybe we can meet up for some grub or something. I'll be staying in a hotel somewhere close to the meeting site.

I'll let you know one way or the other. If I head over Friday, it'll probably be right after work. Maybe I'll leave a little early for some "gym time".
